What payment methods do you accept?
You can find all of our accepted payment methods at the bottom of the website page. These include; Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

How do I place an order?
Once you have selected the item you wish to order simply select whether you would like to order a sample size or order by the metre and choose the desired quantity. If you are ordering multiple metres this will be cut as one continuous piece of fabric (unless ordering single piece items such as blankets). Please add a note or contact us upon placing an order should you wish to have multiple metres cut separately. The width of the fabric varies so please check the item details before placing an order.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at sales@mytextiles.co.uk. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted.
Can I make changes or cancel my order?
Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to make changes to your order which includes the following:
- Changing a colour or print
- Changing quantities
- Adding items to your order
- Cancelling an order
- Changes to delivery method or delivery address
Should you wish to cancel or make changes you would need to follow the returns process.
When will my order arrive?
Upon completion of your order you will receive an email with delivery information. We operate using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48 service* which includes:
- Fully tracked delivery
- Predicted day and time of arrival via SMS and/or email
- In-flight delivery options
- Delivery confirmation via GPS
- Signature on delivery
- Safeplace designation - customers can nominate a safeplace or neighbour
*If your order qualifies for the DPD Express option (over £100.00), you will receive an email with expected delivery day and specific time slot. Delivery can be live tracked, re-directed and a safeplace designation.
What countries do you ship to?
We are currently only operating within the UK, however if you have a special request or you are interested in ordering from outside the UK please get in touch via our Contact Us page.
How much is delivery?
We currently off several delivery options via Royal Mail & DPD.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.50
- Delivery is aimed for 2-3 business days
- Free for orders between £40.00 - £100.00
Royal Mail Traked 24 - £5.50
- Delivery is aimed for within 1 working day
- Available for all orders up to £100.00
DPD Express - £6.99
- Required for orders over £100.00 due to size and weight
- Delivery between 1-3 working days
Why can't I track my sample order?
All of our samples (unless a custom order has been made) are sent via Royal Mail as a letter delivery. You should expect to receive these between 2-4 working days. For this reason they cannot be tracked, however the delivery is included in the cost.

Can I return or exchange an item?
You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. We aim to action any refunds within 7 days of receiving your order, however it may take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account. Your order can only be refunded to the original payment method used.
We do not currently offer free returns, unless you have been provided an incorrect order. Therefore it is your responsibility to ensure the order is sent back to us so we can action your refund accordingly.
Please note all samples are non-refundable.
How do I return an item?
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your order and you wish to return for a refund please contact us via the Contact Us page. You will need to organise your own postage and send your order back to us unused to the following address within 14 days:

Once we have received your order we will action a refund to your account, which may take up to 5 working days to appear.
My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
If your order has arrived and it is not what you ordered (sorry this can on a rare occasion happen) we are more than happy to provide you with a full refund. Please see our policy on returns above.
Unfortunately due to the nature of lighting and cameras you may find on occasion your order looks slightly different to the pictures shown online. Whilst we always aim to provide accurate detailing you may find that some colours may differ in person.

Yes, if you provide us with some details of what you are looking for through our contact page we will get back in touch on how to proceed!
How big are the sample sizes?
Our samples are approximately 10cm x 10cm and are sent through the post via Royal Mail. The postage is included in the sample cost up tp £3.00.
Can I have my order rolled and not folded?
Yes! However you will need to contact us directly to fulfill this request. Unfortunatley due to irregular sizing these cannot be dispatched with our normal delivery services and require a specialist courier. Prices will vary depending on size and quantity so please get in touch so we can provide you with an accurate cost.
