Delivery

We are currently using a number of different delivery services depending on the size and total cost of your order*. Please note all orders placed after 12:00pm may be processed the next working day. All orders placed before 12:00pm will be dispatched the same day. 

For any samples that have been requested, these will be sent out via post with Royal Mail (free of charge up to £3.00). You can expect to receive these within 2-4 working days. 

All standard orders will be dispatched using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£3.50) & 24 (£5.50) services. All orders over £40.00 will qualify for free standard Tracked 48 delivery. Tracked 48 aims to deliver between 2-3 working days, and Tracked 24 withing 1 working day.

• In-flight delivery options
• Online delivery confirmation with GPS map
• Sunday parcel deliveries for Tracked 24
• Signature on delivery
• Safeplace - customers can nominate a safe place or neighbour 

 

*Orders weighing over 10kg will be dispatched using DPD Local with delivery expected between 1-3 working days depending on if your order is placed before 12:00pm. This service will be automatically calculated at checkout. 

 

Please note all fabric is dispatched and packed being cut and folded into either parcels or boxes depending on the size of order. Should you not wish to have your fabric folded and would like it rolled, please get in touch directly as this would incur specialist courier charges.
